Oct 8, 2026

This policy describes the information used when you visit AI Zombie, sign in, upload photos, generate videos, or purchase credits.

Information used by the service

  • Account information: Sign-in may provide a name, email address, and profile image. The service also records account settings, credit balances, and transaction history.
  • Photos and generation data: To make a video, you provide one or two character reference photos and a prompt. The service processes the photos, prompt, selected settings, generation status, and resulting video or video link.
  • Technical information: The service may record an IP address, browser or device information, language preference, cookies, and the source of a visit to operate the site and understand usage.
  • Billing information: Purchases use a payment provider. The service records order amounts, products, payment status, and provider transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

How information is used

The information above is used to authenticate accounts, process photo uploads and video requests, display generation history, calculate credits, handle payments, apply safety checks, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the service. Analytics tools may be used when configured on the site.

Service providers

Photos and prompts are transmitted to the video generation provider, fal, for processing. Storage, hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment providers may also process information needed for their respective services. The payment flow currently uses Stripe; see Stripe's privacy policy.

A video generated by AI may be imperfect or depict a person inaccurately. Only upload photos you have the right and permission to use.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload photos or create videos. Your browser can manage cookies, subject to the effect this may have on sign-in and site features. Account, billing, and video history controls are available within the service where shown.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The version published on this page applies from its stated date.
