How to Make an AI Zombie Video From Two Photos

Oct 8, 2026

To make the two-person AI zombie video, begin with two separate portraits. One person survives; the other appears changed before the story turns into a reunion. Decide those roles before you write a prompt or upload anything. Reversing the photos halfway through is an easy way to get a confusing result.

Step 1: Choose and check the photos

Use a clear, well-lit photo of each consenting adult. The face should be large enough to see and free of sunglasses, masks, or heavy filters. Crop out other people if they are not part of the story. You do not need to pre-edit a zombie face onto either portrait; the prompt can ask for a restrained fictional look.

The two-photo preparation guide has a closer checklist. If you only have one usable portrait, plan a solo transformation rather than promising a two-person embrace.

Step 2: Decide the story before choosing effects

Write one sentence for each of the three visible changes: the encounter, the choice to embrace, and the warm memory. Name the two roles as Image 1 and Image 2, and say what must remain recognizable. Keep graphic injury out of the brief. A short video can show one clear action better than many fast scene changes.

For an adaptable example, see the zombie love story scene guide. The prompt guide explains how to revise motion and transitions when a first result misses the point.

Step 3: Generate a short first version

In the generator, upload one or two permitted character references, assign their roles, then select from the displayed length and quality options. A two-person version needs two distinct references. Check the cost shown in the interface before submitting. Generation may take time, and the output can vary between attempts.

If you use another video tool, verify that it has a character-reference mode and lets you assign a different person to each reference image. That is the input arrangement this two-person story needs.

Step 4: Review before sharing

Play the whole result with sound. At the start, can you identify both people? At the embrace, do the faces and hands still look plausible? At the end, does the warm scene feature the same pair? If an error is small, simplify the prompt for the next attempt. If the roles have merged, use clearer single-person photos and restate Image 1 and Image 2 at the beginning of the prompt.

For a longer edit, create separate short shots and assemble them in a video editor. Reusing the same role references can help, but separate generations still need a continuity check. Add licensed music only if you have permission to use it; a recognizable trend song is not automatically included in generated audio.
